Late estate transfer of funds

I am writting this with dissatisfaction received from FNB, i went to them in March 2025 with my late partner's late estate bank account to transfer any funds in his account and close off the bank account. To this day i am not being assisted, i even wrote an email to their complaints department and i was told today that they are closing the matter however i have not been assisted.
