Late Estate in process for 3 years and counting

Mother passed on January 2013. FNB are the executors of the estate (responsible person is Herculaas Venter). He has never initiated any feedback about how far the process is and what issues if any they are experiencing from their side since he took over from another executor in August 2013. Every time I call and don't find him in office I leave a message and he never calls back. he has never rep**** to any of the countless emails I have sent him. my family and I are very frustrated with him and FNB as we would like this estate to be finalised so we can move on with our lives. this kind of service is unacceptable especially for a bank of your calibre. <br> <br> Distressed Client <br> Precious Mokgala <br>
