Late estate funds blocked

I am so upset at the deceased estate department of FNB . Last year in October I opened a decreased estate account for my late husband with fnb and in November an agent called me asking about the original will since they have a copy I assured the agent that I would check in the house where we normally put important documents but I could not find it. I let the agent know that I could not find it and we checked everywhere. This is all in November 2025 . Fast forward it's September 2026 there are funds in the late estate but I cannot access them because I have to pay the lawyer's and everyone that was owed by deceased and live on remaining with my son. But fnb has blocked the funds .I went to the branch last week they told me there is no turnaround time. I'm so disappointed fnb I'm in debts today because you guys.
