Late estate department

Hi it's Monica I'm very disappointed with FNB the late estate department it's almost 5 months know waiting for the deceased money to be transferred to my account until this day nothing has happened at first they said it's excalating. Than next thing the late estate account it's closed know I have done the late estate account confirmation letter I have to wait again until when I don't no.
