Late Estate Confirmation Request

My husband passed away on 8 June due to COVID. I informed the bank on 21 June 2021. I have subsequently tried to confirm that the bank account is now a late estate account. I received a reference no. 1YW8VXKN on 16 July stating they will respond within 2 working days. Today I stayed on the line for more than an hour to their contact number *** and then was cut off.
