Late estate case

It's been three months going to four months now trying to get help from FNB through my lawyers to conclude my late mothers estate and they have been giving us a run around telling us that master's court haven't responded to their enquiry of the letter of executorship.How long does it really take to get the letter verified and how many times have they tried to contact the office of the masters to do a follow up in the last four months in making sure this case is closed.Thisbis the second time I am writing this review since they promised to get back to me since 2.02.2023 and they haven't even contacted me to explain the delay, I only received an email from a lady by the me of Noxolo and nothing since then.

I am really disappointed with the service we getting from FBN late estate department.
