Late Estate Bank account verification

I have been waiting for my late estate bank account to be verified till today, when I opened the account I was informed that it would take only one month for the full verification to happen yet today I’m going on my third month with no progress… There’s funds which need to be processed to that account yet they have been on hold since waiting for the verification. When I make follow ups I’m told they will send me an email regarding the progress yet still nothing, I am told the masters of high court is yet still verifying the Letter of Executorship, for a whole 3 months? Why was I told it only takes one month? I’m sure I’m not the first customer to open a late estate bank account with FNB, the annoying part is that I’m not getting any communication as promised, I’m the one who always needs to call and make follow ups… I’m really disappointed by the service
