Late estate account still blocked and fnb still putting charges on the account

Good day a couple of months back I gave a review about my delayed estate late account which I tried opening since last year which is still not active. I’ve been calling fnb almost twice a week and they keep telling me the case is escalated till today I’m still waiting for feedback. Last week I called and they told me the account is handed to Busisiwe and that she will call me back. Which she hasn’t. What’s bothering about this account that is not active for my to use is actually active for them to put charges on. It has deducted all the money that was in the account and is not on the - stating that I owe the account money. I cannot access the account I cannot put money in or withdraw but they are able to put charges on an account that is blocked by them. It is unfair of me to be paying charges on an account I cannot use. Waiting for them to unblock it. It is evident that they will only communicate only when I call. Which also costs money. Until the account is open they should put back all the money that was in the account and remove the charges they put on the account because they blocked the account and I cannot be held liable for an account they blocked and unable to provide feedback on where the matter is.
