Late Estate Account

FNB South Africa has failed me. My mother passed on in July 2019 and gave FNB letter of executorship! I came to FNB and was eventually connected to Charlene van Greunen on the 7th August 2019. My mother was due to receive free R15000 within 3 months after passing from Absa to her beneficiary - 3months after death and that has lapsed. I could get it myself as I didn’t have the letter of executorship and FNB did. Now FNB owes me the fund as they made me loose. It’s almost a year and I haven’t received a cent from my mother’s estate. Can someone assist in this regard? I’m beyond frustrated, I don’t know what I can do or who can assist me at this point. All Charlene was doing was blaming Absa for not wanting to giver her the bank statement to get the balance, and then she blamed the masters office, and then she blamed the lock down. It’s almost a year she has had my file, I meet her 8 months before there was ever any lockdown. She doesn’t want to take any type of responsibility and she has cost me R15000 (Amongst other things) - which must still be paid somehow. This is beyond me.
