Late estate account
FNB has been giving me run arounds since February, I opened the estate account with everything was supposed to be done in two months it’s 9 months down the line I’m given different stories everyday.

29 Oct 2025, 10:39My issue is still not resolved. I’m giving run arounds with no response from the company. The person that was assisting me is Claire Masilo from deceased estate division but she since disappeared with no response from her when they try to reach from the branch she still doesn’t respond. I don’t know if I’m being made an idiot because how does a whole brunch can’t reach their own employee.
