Late estate account blocked

I opened a late estate account and it has since been blocked and now payment has been done and client can't access her money . I went to the back to get it resolved Account number:***

Since last year the account was opened and I am told about verification. This is disappointing I will not be opening an late estate accounts with Fnb .now the money is in she can't get it and it seems as though we are refusing with her funds
