Late estate account

I went to FNB to open a Late estate account for my late father, as I am the beneficiary, the service wasn't good at all, when I arrived I waited too long but I understood because it was busy then I was called by an consultant I explained everything, they said there's no related information found about my father they cannot assist me with anything.. but how because he used FNB and I have prove of that I got his pay slip. I was so disappointed 😞
