Late Estate Account

My dad had an account with Fnb & unfortunately he passed away in January 2021. We had issues with his policies not paying out & had to borrow money to pay for his funeral even though he had sufficient funds available in his account. On February of 2021, went to open a late estate account & we were told it's a process of 21 days. After 21 days of no communication, I contacted them & they said to resend the documents. The documents were sent on that very same day but till today nothing. What's stressful is that the people that loaned us the money want it ASAP & we are now living like prisoners in our own home since they want answers everyday. Please urgently assist
