Late Estate ***

<p>My father before pass on was a client with FNB , Now we have open the late decease estate account with Absa in Which the funds need to be transfer as per law and Execcutor need to do so.</p> <p> </p> <p>Middle of June I went to HillCrest Branch in Pta to close the account and to be transfer to the late estate at ABSA.</p> <p>All Documetation has process and given to them. They say it take 15-21 days which has pass is now almost 2 half months.No one can explain further as the Master Court need to close this case and be distributed accordingly.</p> <p> </p> <p>No one at FNB willing to help as they need me to call them, which I refer everything to the attorneys for verification if need be.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now is put lot of strain as I don't know what to do now.I have attached the Lawyers contact number below</p>
