FNB is unprofessional this is puzzling because you are such a big trusted entity. It has been over 40 days now a matter of 14 days hasn't been resolved i keep paying monthly charges on the account for the deceased to keep it activate???? I was now given a new statement account with less than 50% of the amount that was provided when i went to the bank and the amount noted on the letter of authority after questioning that nobody decided to respond to me after that i asked for their Ombudsman's contact details which was never provided, you are a bunch of *********** people thinking we are all imbeciles I am enraged by your incompetence and lack of empathy this is disgusting. I want this resolved and now i am tired of dealing with your company.
