Late debit order

I have been with fnb for years and I am unhappy about the service they giving me.I took hospital plan with them and my account was easy account.Their debit have been going off ok and they have been tracking my account okay,as soon there was money they debited.Now the problem starts after taking the offer of cheque account they wait for agreement date to deduct even if there is no money and that causes so much negative balance I have sent several emails because this is not making sense when my account was easy account they debited as soon I get paid now with cheque they wait.this cheque account card amount was taken on 24 of April 2024 but its 7th of May today I have not received the new card.I received notification that takealot will deliver my card but nothing.since when you give takealot.I have been going to the branch for new cards.this is suppose to be fincial service company that helps us save money.I don't want your cheque account anymore and I want my money back.😠other companies debit as soon I get paid but you wait and this policy is with you you should be taking the money before other companies like before
