LATE DEBIT ORDER
When I took credit card I requested the debit order to be on 25th of every month and now FNB they decide to debit account on 27th. I phoned customer services the lady I spoke says they debited my account on 25th and I got the bank sms notification on 27th but my statement and the money shows the debit order being on 27. Someone please assist because this inconvenience me
