LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

Good afternoon hellopeter. I took my last will and testament today at the branch close to me called kwagga Centre in Pretoria West on the 04 June 2021. There was a male consultant seating at teller number 4 I just didn't get his name because he didn't have a name taag on. When I gave him my last will I then asked for a tracking number.. He then explained to me he cannot provide me with a tracking number. They will only provide me with a tracking number once the couriers will collect the last will and testament at the branch. I then arrived home and emailed the lady who assisted me to draft the last will. I told her a tracking numbe was not provided. She told me no they were suppose to provide me with a tracking number just like she explained to me so that I can email that tracking number to her. However I did not. Secondly how will they sms me the tracking number because when I gave the consultant my last will and testament he did not even ask for my cellphone numbers... Usually when a client goes into the branch they ask for your ID or drivers license to confirm if you bank with them. Today... This was not done. How will they then know that the last will and testament that the consultant placed inside the plastic bag to be couried belongs to me since well my contact entails where not taken from me. Am worried.
