Last time FNB is *****ing from my clients funds on my business account and calling it excess fees.
I am done, this has been the last time. Either FNB reverses the R530 excess fee charged on a R1400 debit order or i am closing my business account today. FNB please contact me because what you did today is called *****. That money is not even mine, its my clients and you just took it for no reason. I dont want excuses and i am not interested in hearing what you have to say, its simple reverse those fees or you are paying my client her R500 back and closing my business account today.

29 Aug 2019, 15:35Fnb i have been requesting for a consultant to phone me the entire day and all i get is a email trying to explain to me why it was deducted. I do not care why it was deducted, it was not my funds you took without permission it was a clients funds. I did not facilitate or authorize a overdraft, so you can not just out my account in overdraft and then deduct any money that comes in. It is *****. If a consultant does not phone me before close of business today i will have my client take action against FNB.
