Last choice National Bank

We have a business account with FNB and from teh get go its been a nightmare - our branch proved USELESS after insisting we should rather open an account with them and not one online. No wagain - problems - I have emailed and called - no response to the former and the latter is met with a (convenenient) "your line is bad - I cant hear you" followed by the line going dead an dthis after me pressing touchpad keys in response to ludicrous voiec recordings and waiting for eons ! WE HAVE A PERSON TRYING TO SEND MONEY VIA FOREX BUT THEIR BANK REQUIRES ADDITIONAL DIGITS TO THE SWIFT CODE WE SUPP**** - WE NEED A RESONSE ASAP SO AS NOT TO DELAY THESE FUNDS WHICH ARE VITAL AND URGENT. We pay enormous bank fees for no serviec whatsoever - DO YOUR JOB and respond to me URGENTLY with no excuses and pretenses. PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME - SEND ME AN EMAIL
