Last 90 Days Debit Order going off athe same time with penality charges

I have tried phoning the faud line on multiple occactions and everytime I get put through to the "Telephone Banking" when I tried reporting a new ***** case.

FNB deducted almost R3955.54 In one month and listed it on my Credit Card Statements as "Payments Received", The min outstanding payable balance for november was R2 375.70

The opening balance for Oct, Nov, Auguest was added togetherwith penality charges.
