so basically a loan account of mine was not closed. a debit was taken this morning. when i called, i spoke to Darren Damons. the most rude, arrogant persona i have spoken to in my life. and he is a team leader. he needs to be fired. i had to call back and i spoke to him again. he tells me that i must wait 4 to 5 days to get my refund for their error. ***** that, i want my money back asap. i asked to speak to his manager, he rudely put me through to custom queries. where the hell is the service. i then spoke to a team leader Phil Moropa, i asked to speak to his manager, he advised she is going into a meeting now and cannot take my call. i asked for the CEOS details, he gave a number that doesnt exist. if this is not resolved asap, i will contact the banking ombudsman and lodge a formal case and sue you guys. call me on my cell *** urgently.
