Laptop not deemed essential in lockdown

We only have one Laptop and I work from 07h00 to sometimes later than 20h00 at night. My child needs to do his homework and the cellphone is to small to work on worksheets from the D6 . How can you decide that a Laptop is not essential service without it I can't do my work so will be a burden.Without it the future children can't be educated. I bought a Laptop on FNB site after confirming with the My Team of Bankers that the delivery will take place. Got sms from deliveries that they can only deliver from the 17th of April. Phoned them and they told me to contact FNB to give approval. Phoned *** spoke to Lertato who spoke to Rosco Govender and they will not approve.
