laon issue ongoing since last year
<p>I took a personal loan of a low a mount of 10000 in june last year and been fighting ever since with fnb , i requested it to be a 12mnth and it ended up being a 36mtnh somehow which is not what i asked for not to mention i have being paying every month and its not going down i have being paying extra on top of that the debit order pulls when it wants in November last year it pulled a payment again before the specified date now in February its down it before the agreed day which is bull**** i fail to see paying a small personal loan where you pay over 1100 is not going down , I warned that i would get the oumbetsmen and my lawyer involved and by god thats what im going to do you cannot just pull when you feel like it my pay hasnt gone in nor did you make me aware of any conditions that you an draw for debit order that contract stipulated once a month of my request of 1000 rand not 615 rand so get your **** in order or you will face the law im sick of your no no we sory and we will correct it bull****, now you can be handled by a lawyer and the oubetsmen!</p>

You know You lies no know bounds , forst and formst you change my loan from a 12months to 36 mounth without my concent, that is ***** i signed for a 12 month contract to apy the laon off ,2 im contacting the oumbetsment first thing tommorow again my laon was at 9,2 then minus 615 that came off on the 26 now its back over 9400 ***!!!!! there is no way i agree to 36mnth , you pull a debit not on the agrred date that i orignal speccified nor the 12month s that i had oringally agreed upon , then you say my laon was not aproved whihch is bull**** cause i got it regaurdless due to my expsences bieng so low there is no way that the interest is that high and you ppl keep giving bull**** excuses i'll just let my attourney handle this im over this even over paying with extra amounts the loan is not going down and adjusting itself i have paid over 615 for 5 months then the last 2 month s1115 your excuses and explainations are not making sense nor the **** you spout to try aviod legal issues the bottom line is ai signed for a 12month laon not 36 i want someone to contact me you not reading a a script and physically knows what the term called legal and binding in an sla that before changes can be made both parties must be made aware , please contact me and i do not wish to talk to someone like today that had no isdea of what he was talking about!
