Lame!!!!!

FNB offers the option to renew your vehicle disc via the app. It’s a **** don’t do it!!!!!!! They charge you for that service and come back with a lame excuse as to why they can’t process it. They then refund you ONLY with the actual payment for the disc and obviously not what they’ve charged you to process it. I bought my car in Cape Town and obviously I need to renew my disc in Cape Town. I sent them my proof of address for delivery of the disc which is also in Cape Town and they came back with an excuse that something doesn’t add up as the delivery address and where the disc needs to be renewd are in 2 different provinces. How?????? Lame!!!! Don’t renew your disc via FNB rather go to the traffic department. Ohh and it doesn’t help that they took almost an entire month processing it.
