Lack of urgency and incompetence of consultants

Using secure chat should have been a convenient thing but since Friday this has proven to be the worst ever channel of communication. Fnb secure chat consultants are highly *********** and just don't see the sense of urgency what so ever. They feel that just because you can't see them they can't be touched. I'm so angry at the service experience I've received since Friday the 28th when there were technical issues. Probably spoke to 6 consultants to date regard the transactions that declined and was told they working on them and they will automatically be reversed and till today nothing has happened. Today I'm being told that I should fill in a form 😡 couldn't they have said this the day of the issue. Its already been 5 days trying to sort this out and now I have to tediously fill in 7 dispute forms and wait 7 more days again for a resolution. Ai I'm so ****ed. This is utter nonsense service and it's unacceptable.@Fnb something needs to be done as it seems your people are not being trained accordingly!🤬🤬
