Lack of Transparency and rude attitude of FNB home loan
I have got Home Loan account - *** with FNB. I have got funds available in Flexibond facility which are available for usage. However, bank lack transparency to show same on the statements. As, neither flexibond funds are shown in the statement of the account or bank is ready to issue a letter on request for the available funds.
