Lack of Suport with Transfer

Good day, I mistakenly transferred money from one bank account to another on 1 May 2025. I was advised via Chat—speaking with Zandile—that the transfer could not be reversed because 1 May is a public holiday. However, I do not believe the holiday is the reason the reversal failed.

Please contact me to assist with reversing the transfer so that I may access my funds again.
