Lack of service to an FNB Client

Made 3 phone calls to FNB requesting an investigation of missing funds. I had done an eft to a beneficiary from my cheque account on 23 January but the recipient has not received the money to date. My first phone call was on 4 February 2015. Was told that someone from a different department will be contacting me. Made the second call during the course of last week (not sure about the date), was once again told the person dealing with my case will call me back. Still no call. So i made the third call yesterday 17 February 2015. After holding on for more then 10 minutes, I was then just disconnected from the call. No one has called me back from FNB to date.
