Dear FNB; my private banker is Collen Bagley whom I understand is now on sick leave but whether she is there (my queries are not being attended to) or not ( her substitutes are equally bad!). If it is not too much of an inconvenience for you, could you kindly practice this - \HOW CAN WE HELP YOU????\".
