Lack of service from FNB
My card keeps getting blocked when i buy stock from one of my suppliers, it says suspected *****. its only that supplier and this is becoming a problem.
I have on several occasions been into the bank and they cany help and said i need to phone the ***** department. I have tried on at least 10 occasions to call and not once have they answered the call and eventually it gives you an option to have someone call you back and that never happens. I have been sitting with this issue for weeks now and get no assistance from FNB.
I wonder sometimes if these businesses just couldn't care about their customers. Very disappointed !!!!!!!!

I have had no reply in regards to this matter. After numerous attempts to sort this issue out in a FNB branch and telephonically with absolutely no feedback and no-one calls back. Seems like i am just a number that they make money out off.
I had to resort to going on Hello Peter to complain and was told FNB would contact me and that was a month ago, and guess what no response. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
