Lack of service

I left FNB as a day to day client but I still have home loans with them. My wife insists I return but the service or lack of service they continue to show me is the reason why I will not go back. I have been with FNB for over 15 years and they have absolutely no care about assisting me with simple things. And the turn around time on enquirers is extremely poor.
