Lack of service delivery

I have been an RMB client for more than 10 years and had great service until a few years back.
I have had about 3 private bankers over the last 3 years and only met one of them. I have mostly been advised to call the service suite when asking for information or support, and not given any encouragement or advice to re-extend my overdraft.

6 weeks ago I contacted by private banker to ask re the purchase of a new property and access to my funds and was told to contact the service suite. On 2 April I emailed him to ask for information regarding the process of sale of my current property , title deeds, bond cancellation etc. While he did call back to say this would all be fine as there was no outstanding balance. 2 weeks ago my overdraft had been withdrawn and my banker advised that this was due to request for cancellation figures. He did get my overdraft re-instated as the proceeds will be paid on transfer, but the lawyers do not yet have cancellation figures and I do not understand next steps or my options to avoid unnecessary fees and cancellation penalties. I have the option of transfering my security to my other property. I have called the banker +logged 2 calls and no response
