Subject: Urgent: Ongoing Issue with Closed Account and Lack of Response

Good day,

I am extremely frustrated with the total lack of service and communication from the FNB Boksburg Branch on Northrand Road. I have visited the branch several times and each time dealt with Iyanda from customer service, who repeatedly promises to get back to me regarding an account that was closed over six months ago.

Despite these assurances, I am now being contacted by lawyers about this same account. I have also spoken to Ernie from the legal department at FNB, who likewise promised to follow up, yet I have received no feedback to date.

It is unacceptable that this matter has been handed over to attorneys while the bank fails to resolve an issue internally. I would appreciate urgent assistance and a clear update on the status of this account.
