Lack of Service!

In the past month I've had the worst possible service from FNB! I've been to 4 branches with the same problem and they all told me something different and none of them could come up with a solution. Apart from the bad service, the staff that have attempted to help seem extremely ***********.

A month ago while travelling in Thailand, I made a payment of 400 baht (R205) at a travel agency and it was declined however the payment was shown as ''pending''. I did not worry about it because I thought that it would be rectified after a day or two since it was declined at POS. A few days after coming back to SA I went to FNB in Cornubia and was terribly disappointed at how I was treated. The branch manager walked around aimlessly with her Fishaway's box while making small talk with some other consultants. Eventually, one of the consultants told me there was nothing much that they could do and I would have to use the app or call the call centre.

After several calls to the call centre and dealing with their obnoxiously rude consultants, they sent me wrong documents to complete. I then went to the Phoenix Plaza branch and the consultants looked at me as if I were crazy. I had this problem that I needed to be fixed, I had wrong documents and whatever evidence I had was in Thai and not English.I cant seem to understand why it's so difficult for FNB to just reverse the R205 into my account??? It is MY MONEY!

They asked me STUPID questions before they even attempted to help me. I asked them about the cash deposit fees they are billing me for and no one can give me an answer! They charge me for cash deposit fees and bank charges and service fees, different amounts every month and no one can tell me why! I just cant seem to get any decent help from this bank! Who does the recruiting for FNB??? Why do you have such *********** staff??? Some of the consultants at the branch look so untidy and seem as if they're so confused. Your consultants don't know how currency works! FNB PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!
