Lack of service
I received notification from the bank 13 February 2015 reading funds that was reserved for a purchase. I reported this ********** transaction on 16 February 2015 at FNB Easy Plan branch Bellville. I was then assured the funds would return to my account. On 13 March a similar transaction took place. I then made contact with FNB ***** Division on 17 March. I was was then informed that my information was compromised and my card was supposed to have been cancelled on 16 February when I first reported the incident. My card was cancelled on 17 March and I was provided with a ***** claim form. I provided FNB with the necessary information to conduct and investigation. I have since not received any feedback whatsoever. I then sent a complaint to FNB Complaints Division 21 April I was told to allow 30 days for an investigation still no feedback. It's more than 3 months since I reported the incident. I've given you ample time to conduct your investigations and provide me with feedback, but still you lack commitment to servicing your clients. I'm appalled by the lack of service received by FNB to say the least. FNB leaves me no choice but to report this to the Ombudsman for Banking Services.
