Lack of service

I requested to change my account on the 5th of this month and ten days later there has been no update or any progress. Upon my follow-up today I’m told that there is a back-log and my request is within admin. Come on I would understand a few days delay, a whole 10 days ?? CAS ***8G0T3Y4
