Lack of Service

Good day,,

Tried to change my debit order from the 25th to the 27th of each month, were i was informed that i need to provide a letter from employee to confirm this. When i asked the consultant if this is written in the signed documents, he answered: i don't know

When asked for a manager, he informed me no manager is in for the day and he cant provide me with an email address for any manager? Is this possible?

On hold for the last 15 minutes holding for a manager or someone who can assist me.

Where is the consumer act? Where is client service? Utterly poor service.

I want to change my debit order without hazels. FNB doesn't even bother to reply on your emails either.
