LACK OF SERVICE

I have been trying to get information from FNB Business Banking for nearly two weeks. Have completed forms on website. After resending inquiry after inquiry I get a short 'please advise us of the problem' on the business care email only to be ignored once again. I have had more useless service from FNB in less than a year than I ever did at Standard Bank over 15 years!!!!!! Should you not want or require my business then please advise me and I will be happy to close this account Reference numbers 3QS6VHDR / 3M1T3XSV
