Lack of Security from a bank

I am beyond my wits end with my once favourite bank How am I being this inconvenienced by y'all because of a card I reported ****** over 3 years ago how is it still linked to my account and now I have no access to my money for until 30 business days? what must i eat and how will I get to work Monday I don't know
