Lack of security at ATM and case closed ?

On the 25th of October 2016 I went to Newlands west new centre and used a portable FNB atm , I inserted my card in the ATM entered my pin , and the machine spat it back out with an error , I then inserted it again in the ATM and it spat it back out a guy that came out of now where grabbed my card out the machine and ran into a ford ranger , 4 minutes later I received an SMS stating that my salary has been transfered from my cheque account to my credit card as they had the credit card it was done at nizamie spar and I was still in new centre within 10 minutes later as I was making my way to the umgeni junction branch they transacted 2 transactions at city lane Pty ltd which is in kwa mashu , the consultants at the bank saw I was there and the card been used they then stopped the card n I reported the incident there , my first follow up was a week later they said its still in progress I then went a week later too FNB Hillcrest and they said it takes 4 weeks , I then waited and went to FNB waterfall and they told me there that it takes 6 weeks and gave me the whole run down , so I waited again another 2 weeks , I then called today the 30/11/2016 spoke to Mathabo Maseko she informed me that it was declined I asked on what basis she said pin n chip driven I asked her what investigations were done n due to their lack of security at their ATMs I lost my money ,she mentions as well an email was sent to me I asked her to resend and apparently she could not and I then asked to confirm the email address it was sent to she said she doesn't have access to that , I also past a phrase stating that if I go to nizamie spar and city lane get video footage what will happen ? She mentions that they will then re look at the case , why must I be the one to do all that when it should be done by FNB ???? I then received an email from Belinda Gouws stating that the ***** case is still under investigation and will provide feedback once case has been finalised I mean seriously what the **** ? You first tell me my case is declined and case closed then I get an email stating that ? Does FNB TAKE THEIR CLIENTS FOR A JOY RIDE ITS NOW PAST 6 WEEKS I GOT UNPAID **** BECAUSE OF YOUR LACK OF SECURITY !!!We also found out from people in new centre that a syndicate works around the area using heat pads ontop of the keypads and laptops in their vehicles so enough ****ing around now

I advise everybody reading this not to bank with FNB , they claim to be the best bank but their security lacks at ATMs across Durban !

Why I say that is because its the 2nd time that it happened to me in a matter of 4 months ! I want my account the way it was before the money was transfered to my credit card as I did not transfer from my cheque !
