Lack of response

I have tried on more than two occasions to apply for a home or buildings loan to check for what i qualify for and start the application process formally. i get reference number saying that someone will call me shortly to explain and assist with making the application and since last week i have been waiting. I'm very disappointed with FNB Home loans failure to make an effort to assist an existing FNb client...i guess i will have to go to one of the other banks as it is looking like i'm trying to force service from FNB Home loans.....dissapointed
