Lack of response

1. Attempted to withdraw cash on 31 Aug at an FNB atm
2. No cash came out, however, the money was deducted from my account.
3. Next day, 1 Sept went into the FNB Durban north branch, was informed there systems did crash the day before and to fill out a claims dispute form
4. Completed the form, submitted proof of atm slip that returned with the error.
5. Was informed it would take 4-5 working days for the money to be put back into my account.
6. 10 days later, still dont hear anything from them,
7. Went into the branch again on 11 Sept , guy that originally helped me was busy and another individual took my details and promised they would get him to call. NOTHING. No call, no email.
8. Went back into the branch, on 17 Sept, again he was busy. 2 other ladies proceeded to assist, but I had been waiting a while and they werent making any progress. Advised me to leave and one of them would call back. I was hesitant but was re-assured Thabisile or Pauline would call back.
9. Neither called, however the guy who originally helped, called at 4.30 pm, with no new info.
10.18 Sep - still NO FEEDBACK or eta on my OWN money!! FNB..
