Lack of response

Good day

i have logged a credit card dispute on the 14.01.2021 , i received a response requesting info that i already submitted on initially. this was now on the 03rd Feb 2021. I immediately responded expressing how dissatisfied i am based on the poor responses and timing.

i now get a response on the 04.03.2021 from Precious Dladla again a month later.

this is extremely annoying that you cannot get assistance when needed. please resolve this as soon as possible. i am not happy with the service from FNB at all and i will look into closing all my accounts with FNB
