Lack of respect for customers

Even with countless branch visits and numerous calls, it's now been 5 years since I've queried and still haven't gotten any feedback regarding my account. Since the 19th day of October 2016, and still counting.

I've been dragged through the mud and taken for a ride in never ending circles; transferred, God knows to how many departments. I've had enough now. All I want is my money.
