Lack of people friendly processes

It is ********** the amount of hurdles and lack of transparent their own staff have to endire just to open an account. It's ridiculous but even a branch cannot assist you. Fnb is trying to hard to be technological savvy but with the expense of people skills and making people happy. They use algorithms to determine your rate and in doing so lose so many customers to more social banks with ease of use .. fnb has by far the best rewards system but sadly they really trail behind the likes of investec with best practices in dealing with clients
