Lack of Knowledge

Today I wasted my entire afternoon because people are not equipped enough with the correct information to advise the client what document is needed for a specific request. I made two trips to FNB Fourways for absolutely NOTHING and all i wanted was to open two accounts for my kids that are minor and on top of it , I am an account holder.
