Lack of IT Systems/Communication - Debt Review

IT systems - Debt Review/ Homeloan. I was unfortunately retrenched just after takeing out a home loan with FNB. I went into debt rescue to try and pay off my accounts, but was told that my home loan could not be included as it was not 6 months old. I contacted FNB to try and get a payment holiday while I try and find a job, only to be told that my home loan was included. I got my schedule from the debt review company and the home loan is NOT part of the debt review.When I phoned the debt review dept again two weeks ago I was told their system was down and I must just keep phoning????? Customer service?????? I have phoned almost every day last week with NO success. My debit order goes off at the end of the month and it looks like the system won,t be up by then........IS THIS SERVICE?????????

How do I get this sorted òut?
