Lack of interest and poor service

Good morning

It’s sad to see as a private client the **** service one receives from FNB Private Wealth

You call and liaise with Private wealth and they transfer you to Digital banking. Digital banking transfers you back to Private wealth

Having private wealth advisors is honestly a waste of money because nothing gets done and lack of interest is shown in helping a customer

It’s over a month and FNB is still dragging their feet in resolving matters. They messaged up and don’t want to rectify their mess

I find them useless compared to their competitors. They should learn from other banks who gives much better service to their private wealth clients

Don’t waste your time banking with private wealth !!!!
