Lack of Information Provided

I need help as I'm the first time home buyer. I did not receive enough information on Transfer costs and costs registration costs. I took the micro loan to pay for laywers as I was advised by FNB, The estate agent and the bond originator that this will be the only costs I will incure. Now the lawyers are telling to pay bond registration fees after I received information that I don't have to pay this costs. I'm confused and need clarity..! Please assist...! I'm not getting help from those people who are suppose to assiist me. I had not signed the bond transfer docs. I don't have this money and won't afford paying it... As I took up the micro loan for the transfer fees already... Please assist!!
